This plan has a great entry foyer and entry hall that will lead guests into the kitchen and banquet area which ties into the living area and finally the screened in porch. The laundry room is just off of the kitchen and across the hall from a 13 x 13 bedroom. There is a half bath for guests near the front door and away from the kitchen and living area. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom.
3 Bedroom, 3 Bath 1,605 square feet and 273 Sq ft of Private Screened in Porch
The maple has a nice entry porch to welcome guests and as they walk in, there is a bedroom to the left and right of them. Those bedrooms both have an attached bathroom. The kitchen and living area is very open and the master bedroom has access directly to the private screened in porch that overlooks Pat Lamar Park. the 12.5 x 15.5 master bedroom is a spacious size and the master bathroom comes equipped with a double vanity and great space!

The magnolia has a lot of similarities to the Maple floor plan except it’s a little bigger. The rooms are laid out almost the same with some of the rooms being a bit different in size but not by much at all. This is a great floor plan with approximately 70 more livable square feet than the Maple.

The Cypress plan is closely related to the Magnolia, especially in bedroom sizes and most of the floor plan. What separates the Cypress is the entry foyer and the study toward the front of the condo.
800 Park will be comprised of two phases. The first phase will have Building 1 and 2. Building 1 will have 15 units and Building 2 will have 12. As for these two buildings, the Dogwood will only be available in Building 1.

The Sycamore plan is the largest floor plan of all the plans in 800 Park when it comes to living area. This large plan can be considered a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom due to the Study coming equipped with a closet. This plan like all of the others, boasts a very open floor plan offering a lot of space in the kitchen and living area. There is also a large screened in porch on this plan allowing for some great outdoor space.
