1829 Jackson East is a higher end condominium complex right next to the Jackson Square Condominiums. These condos were built by Ronnie Leggitt in 2013. These condos are all roughly the same floor plan although some of them have decks, others patios, and even screened in porches. The 1829 Jackson East condos have a few different elevations/facades. The inside finishes in the condo are similar to what some of the insides of Windsor Falls looks like. They have wood floors, a nice island in the kitchen, brick fireplaces, dry bars, and an open concept. All of the bedrooms in the units at 1829 Jackson East are upstairs.
