With their being a Woodland Hills Estates just outside of town, Woodland Hills (city) as you may gather is located in town.  Woodland Hills (city) is located North of the Oxford Square on a few of the more established streets in Oxford including: Longest Drive, Cullen Road, Vivian, and Eagle Springs.  Most of the homes in Woodland Hills were built in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s.  Most of the styles in this neighborhood are ranch.  Some contractors have come in and restored or flipped these homes in order to update them.  Contractors chose this part of town to flip homes in because of the great location and prestige of the area.  Woodland Hills (city) is situated in the Oxford city school district.
