The Lamar homes have very high-end finishes and menu of selections. There are over 100 lots in the neighborhood that will have “Tiny Homes” measuring in at roughly 1,000 square feet as well as larger homes that go over 2,000 square feet.  The Lamar is a planned development that will also consist of a town square as well as commercial properties.
