The homes in Pinecrest was built in the 1960’s and is closted just off College Hill coming onto Pinecrest Rd. These homes don’t come up for sale very often so act when you see one! You will find the reason being people not wanting to move and the low number of homes in the subdivision. Pinecrest is a part of the Oxford City School District and consists of mostly ranch style homes.
