Rowandale condos, just off Molly Barr road has proven to be an extremely popular condominium complex due to the transformation that these condo went through as well as the numerous amenities and great location of the subdivision. There are 216 condo units in Rowandale that range from 2 and 3 bedroom flats to two to five bedroom stand-alone condos as well as “home” style condos. With there being something for everyone, Rowandale, when it was converted from apartments to condos, had a long wait time of condo buyers in 2022 when it made it’s debut.
