One of the hottest condo subdivisions in Oxford, The Esplanade Ridge condos are what many people are looking for, when making the decision to purchase a condo in Oxford. The beautiful New Orleans french style of these brick two story condos with an attractive brick facade and wrought iron accents has many prospective buyers “sold”. Esplanade Ridge is located just off Anderson Road which runs closely and almost parallel to Jackson Avenue equating to a very convenient location to most places around town. Anderson Road is home to many condos as well as some homes.
When Esplanade was first built, the condos were in high demand and they could not build them fast enough. These condos are located near Aspen Ridge Condos as well as Calton Hill condos. These units are attached and each one shares a common wall(s). Esplanade Ridge offers 2 and 3 bedroom condos and all of your bedrooms will be upstairs with a half bath on the main floor.
