Lochlan subdivision is a neighborhood on the west side of town off County Road 103 that consists of 16 estate sized lots. The subdivision is a total of 62 acres and the the lot sizes range from 3 to just under 4 acres and the home sizes range from approximately 2,500 square feet to around 4,200 square feet. Most floor plans in Lochlan are 4 bedroom 3.5 bath plans.  The Lochlan homes were built by Chad Russom with Russom Construction and started in 2021.  Lochlan is in the Lafayette county school district. It’s a great subdivision if you are looking.
