The homes in Hoka Hills has been a part of Oxford, Mississippi for quite some time now. This is one of those established subdivisions that doesn’t necessarily have an entrance sign in the first. With most of Hoka Hills on Chickasaw Road and Vivian Street it is in pretty close quarters to some other notable subdivisions such as Chickasaw Hills, Ammadelle, and Woodland Hills (city). With most of the homes in Hoka Hills being built in the 1950’s and 1960’s it can be compared moreso to the aforementioned subdivisions.
