The Reserve is a very popular condo complex in Oxford Farms, just off South Lamar in Oxford, Mississippi. A total of just over 300 condos will be built in two phases. Construction started in late 2023/early 2024. The architecture is similar to The Mill and Stillwater, which are two condo subdivisions near The Reserve. With The Reserve being popular right out of the gate, the builder and developer decided to build more. The amenities include two swimming pools and tree-lined streets. There is a commercial area slated to be built at some point that fronts South Lamar, which will be a nice addition to the area. The Reserve condos consist of attached townhome-style condominiums that feature three bedrooms and three and a half baths, ranging from around 1,769 square feet to approximately 2,000 square feet. There are also standalone condos with two-car garages that are roughly 2,500 square feet and have four bedrooms and four and a half baths.
