Waterstone is a segment of the very popular Grand Oaks subdivision in Oxford. Although these look like and basically are homes, Waterstone is deeded as condominiums and the HOA fee, as of December 2024 includes common ground maintenance as well as yard maintenance. The Waterstone community is small and has some condos that back up to the golf course providing spectacular views.  There are different floor plans that range from approximately 2,300 square feet to approximately 3,000 square feet. They range anywhere from 3 to 4 bedrooms as well. Amenities close by include The Country Club of Oxford that has an award winning 18 hole golf course, swimming pool, workout facility, dining, and tennis/pickleball.
