Shaw Place is a spectacle of a neighborhood with beautiful “homes” (they are actually deeded as condos to allow for them to be closer together and therefore fitting more units in the space) located just off East Jackson Avenue.  There are only four or five lots in Shaw Place. These are ideal if you want a good bit of living space and be close to the square.  The Shaw Place residences range from approximately 3,800 square feet to a little over 4,800 square feet.
