The Van Buren Condominiums of Oxford, Mississippi are located on the Northeast end of Oxford Square on Van Buren Avenue. This development was the first of the three condo developments in that Northeast cluster (The Ice House, The Van Buren, and High Cotton) that were built in 2003. The Van Buren condos are beautifully appointed inside and out and feature a covered parking garage on the main floor, a courtyard with a fountain, and a fitness room. Once could literally walk to the Oxford square in secomes from The Van Buren’s close location. For every bedroom in a Van Buren condo is a bathroom accompanying it. Some of the amenities in The Van Buren are a clubhouse built with a lot of darker woods. Each condo comes with cherry hardwood floors, granite countertops, a wine cooler, and an ice maker.
